Please ensure you provide a complete physical street address for delivery — we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or incomplete addresses.

Shipping costs and available options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

6. Independent Store (Direct-to-Consumer) Shipping Policy

JKVAA operates as an independent online store, meaning all products are shipped directly from our own warehouse or trusted partners.
This approach ensures product quality, authenticity, and consistent service — but it may result in slightly longer international delivery times (typically 15–20 business days).

We do not use third-party marketplaces for order fulfillment, so all order processing, packaging, and shipping are handled exclusively by JKVAA.

7. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order.
JKVAA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@jkvaa.com.
We will do our best to update your address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
