Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at JKVAA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Returns
We accept returns of most new, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the above conditions.

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Items without their original tags and packaging.

Gift cards.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.

4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@jkvaa.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, include all tags, and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jkvaa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, in accordance with our policies.
