At JKVAA, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unused, and unworn condition.

In the original packaging, including any gift boxes, pouches, or certificates.

Returned within 30 days from the date you received the item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears or any customized/personalized items, unless they are faulty.

2. Initiating a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email us at info@jkvaa.com within the 30-day return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization or an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Deductions: Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For returns that are not due to a fault on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jkvaa.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned.
